What a heck of a Journey

Only 2 weeks away from Turkey Day, I am amazed about the transformation I went through since I started eating whole plant based. Not only did I reverse diabetes 2, I also lost 35 pounds of weight, and I started a cooking channel with my little granddaughter, "The Tater Cowgirls," where we prepare veganized, oil-free versions of my German grandma's recipes (written down in Suetterlin handwriting, holy moly). I enjoy baking and cooking the healthier way and it makes me happy to see my little granddaughter enjoying my vegan bundt cake and getting excited about what we cook.
